Litigation and Arbitration
We represent clients in both pre-litigation proceedings and court and arbitration proceedings. Our objective is to identify the most effective and practical solution for each dispute in accordance with our clients' interests, whether through a negotiated settlement or by representing them before the courts, including, if necessary, the Supreme Court of Estonia and the European Court of Human Rights.
We primarily represent clients in civil and administrative proceedings, including contractual disputes, commercial and real estate disputes, and public law disputes involving the state and local authorities. In addition, we have extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings.
